I was still using my tervis until a couple weeks ago. I didn't want my yetis to smell like whiskey. made the mistake of using the 20 yeti one night and the tervis can't compare. Pretty sure the yeti keeps the drink at least 5 degrees colder and I can make several drinks before adding ice when I had to top the tervis off almost every drink. Really is a huge difference.Cookbook_Chip said:Yeti looks cool (pun intended) but my Tervis tumblers - the ice takes forever to melt. What's the big deal? -
@Cookbook_Chip I was not a believer then the kids gave me one for Father's day. Now I'm a believer.

A 10oz? I don't think my drink would have enough time to get warm or for the ice to melt so for this one, I am out.

why no cover on the small 10 ounce size. at first i didnt see a purpose for this sized yeti but lately i have been just filling up my 30 with ice and adding mixer and shake when needed and pouring into my mule cup to drink from. the ice in the 30 lasts for several liters of ginger beer and tonic water which is a long days fishing for me, the only question is which to add to the mixer, bourbon, tequila, or vodka
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
My bourbon collection is crying out for one of these.

Well, now that I see that they're grizzly proof I just gotta have one!

Go neat with the bourbon and no worries about the ice retention. Of course, a 10 oz neat beverage is off the chart for me. And yes, I will likely get one for the random time I toss a cube into the mix.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
