Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

A nice patty of ground chuck from the Ol Timey Meat Market. Egged over 550 to a nice med rare. Extra sharp cheddar with some carmalized onion, lettece and mater. A generous amount of fire roasted Hatch Chile's all on a grilled large seeded bun. Chile's take it up a notch. Much joy was realized here for dinner.4Runner said:Looks good.
