Cauliflower Chicken Stir-Fry

SWMBO and I try to minimize the amount of grains we eat, so instead of using rice, we riced up two heads of cauliflower. Placed the wok right on the fire ring of the MM, and let it get hot, added grape seed oil, and cooked up the chicken. Removed the chicken, fried up the veggies, put everything back together, and added some scrambled eggs. Added teriyaki sauce, fish sauce, and some sweet chili sauce.

    What size is your wok?
    Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Not sure, picked it up at Crate and Barrel awhile back. It does appears that I need to completely remove the seasoning and start over though.
