Cubanos with leftover pulled pork

SWMBO and I watched "Chef" and got a serious jones for cubano sammies. Pork was left from last weekend. Did them on George Foreman to press em. She says, hey, since you put yellow mustard on the bread, can we put Melvin's mustard BBQ sauce on the pork?  Sure!  Man!  Nice add. Ignore the messy plating, everything slid a bit.
