Grilled Yellowfin Tuna
Ross in Ventura
Posts: 7,234
Two peaces Yellowfin Tuna seasoned with Dizzy Pig's Raging River Rub, Chipotle Rub, lemon, and Dill.
Started with a potato an hour earlier now the Yellowfin @ 400* for one minute a side.
Just a quick sear.
Served with baked potato with butter and green onion's, and Swiss chard. Just a great meal.
Thanks for look-in!

Awesome. Personally, I think all tuna threads should be immediately sunk because they make me hungry and wish I lived closer to the coast. Well done....now stop it!

@Ross in Ventura, I have a set of grillgrates for my XL that I have yet to use and was going to try them out tonight. I am going to cook a 2' 1.5 pound rib eye steak. What temp do you get the egg too to cook steak with them, do you put them on after the egg is lit and going and how long does it take to do a steak? I see you did Tuna on them and will have to try some Salmon on it soon too.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo.
