Alabama Sunday Dinner.... with White Sauce.

Whipped up a few Alabama Staples tonight.
Fried Okra, Hasbrown Casserole and St. Louis Ribs.
3-1-1 method on the ribs with just Pepper and Butt Rub.. Wrapped with honey for 45 min.. no sauce. ( I did have white sauce on the table, of course being from North AL.) Fried Okra and Ribs are a tough combo to beat.

Nice looking meal. If you want to kick up the white sauce here is my method. Gibson's white sauce modified.
