Sorry, tryptophan is already kicking in.
Brined in brown sugar, kosher salt, allspice, bay leaves, pepper, apple juice, and topped off with water.
Dizzy Pig BBQ rub
Couple of small chunks of apple wood for mild smoke flavor, 250 raised indirect for 3.5 hours.

I like to do a bone-in half Breast, garlic slices under the skin, brushed with evoo then salted and peppered and chopped rosemary. Indirect @ 350ish until done.
