But they are soooo good.  :)



Indirect at 400* sauced both sides twice at 4 minute intervals using a mix of Franks and apricot jam with a little honey and small amounts of butter and Tabasco sauce.

I took the small pieces off and snacked on them while waiting for these to finish.

Add beer and football and the afternoon is made.  :)
