Ultimate Fried Chicken Nachos - Pix

Last night's Fried Chicken Nachos. Tortillas, Black Beans, Cheese, Jalapeños, cubed Fried Chicken Tenders tossed in Habanero Honey Mustard, Grilled Salsa Verde, Sour Cream and Cilantro.
For the sauce, I combined regular honey mustard along with Dave's Hurtin' Habanero Honey Mustard. And I grilled up the salsa verde a coupla weeks ago and canned a few jars.
I ended up doing something different this time for the chicken. I used 3 skinless boneless breasts, sliced them into tenders and marinated them for awhile in pickled jalapeño juice. I read somewhere that Chic-Fil-A marinates their chicken in pickle juice. I definitely noticed a flavor difference as well as the chicken being more tender. Worked great!
Mixed SBR Honey Mustard along with the Dave's.
Money shot. The flavors and textures were awesome. Will be repeated!
Only thing that sucked last night was the Gamecocks/Wildcats game.

Thx!! @DaveRichardson , I use a standard sized CI skillet and the Mini BGE w/ woo to fry. Works just like an indoor stovetop. And the Gamecocks are not looking good at all. We pulled it off last year against UGA (went to that game with @JRWhitee ), but I have a feeling that won't happen again this year. Lol.

I was at that one, too. Upper deck shaking and rattling in that stadium that scares the living crap outta me!! The poor teenage girl sitting in front of me got scared during the kickoff and took off!
