Mongolian Chicken

Decided to put a twist on Mongolian Beef. Went a little heavier on the sauce and seasonings because chicken is so bland. It worked really good.

I loosely followed this recipe and added some crushed red pepper flakes to the chicken. Also added shrooms which got added the same time as the onions. Oh and I cut the sugar in 1/2

Thanks @Mattman3969 for sharing. Made this for dinner tonight. It was really quite tasty. I found there to be too much sauce though. Yours look like it was just about right. I've used the Egg for stir fry for a couple of years and have always been happy with the results. Tonight weather is not the best, and had to go quick as there wasn't much time between the Jays/Yankees double header today so I just did it on the gas stove top. Made me realize just how awesome the Egg is to wok on. The difference in heat is incomparable.
