Table nest for the small egg

just got a great 
deal on a small egg. $400 for egg, nest and accessories. Never used. But I'm thinking of building an outdoor kitchen next spring to house my large and new small. 

I I can't seem to find a listing for a small table nest. Just for the larges and medium. Do they not make one for the small? I can use a paver but I like the option to keep the bottom lifted for cleaning of ash.

I don't think they make the table nest for the small. @Chubby turned his large nest into a table nest. He did a fantastic job. Here are some pics below:
