What does FTC stand for?

I understand the process of wrapping a cook in towels and putting it in a cooler to rest and wait for serving however I am puzzled as to what the acronym FTC actually stands for.

I prefer FZTC
Foil/Ziploc/Towel/Cooler
It keeps the towels from getting meat juices on them.
