8 hour packer WTH
Put a packer on last night @ 11 egg was @ 275. Che ked it @ 2 the egg was steady @ 295. Figured it should be good to go. Checked the IT @ 7 and it was 207 and probed like butter. It was a 14 pound packer be fore trimming. FTC for now.

Been there with the faster than anticipated cook times for the last 3-4 of them. 260*F average temp on the dome and seeing around 0.7hrs/lb for the duration. Friggin cow... Now use that as the bench-mark. Likely to get hosed on the other endLouisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

I had the exact same thing happen yesterday. I put it in the oven at 155 for about eight hours until guests came and it was great. Yours looks good!
