Busy Evening

Started with some meatballs. The sausage was for sausage & rice - something simple for the A&M game. Made some cobbler, cooked a loaf of bread and made salsa for tomorrow's pulled pork. I've got northern beans soaking for Boston baked beans tomorrow. I enjoyed a few adult beverages along the way.

It will be my first pork butt tomorrow, but I'm not scared. You guys give me confidence.

Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
