Pork Butt
Started this morning about 8:30. Had my helper rub her down. Apple wood chunks, thick smoke to start, still a little going. I used S&P and some Pig's Ass Rub for some sweetness. I'm almost through the stall, bout to have a beer and get ready to pull. There's a lot of good cooks going on this weekend.
You can't make the Club in the Tub.
