pork loin inject or not and if yes with what?
I plan to cook a pork loin tomorrow and do not know whether to inject or not. also what injection if I do inject.

i don't inject. doesn't really stay in in my experience.
you can always brine. herbs, salt etc. lots of recipes out there for different brines.
