If you purchased one or more of the StarKist Products from February 19, 2009 through October 31, 2014, this website informs you of a proposed Class-Action Settlement that you may benefit from. 

 You have a choice of a $25.00 check or $50.00 in store vouchers for their products. Because of the span of years, no receipt is necessary, just fill out the simple form and check the box certifying you really bought one of the 5 products listed. You can do it online or print out the form to mail in. Deadline is Nov. 20, 2015.

What other mechanism for recourse do most consumers have when a manufacturer knowingly or unknowingly cheats them out of what they were supposed to be purchasing? The thing about most class actions tho is its the attorneys that walk away with most of the money.


Doesn't effect me though cuz I'm a Bumble Bee Tuna guy!
