Super straight man.
I Iike to get my temps close to where I want them. It just takes less time.
I just made plug in batteries for mine.

I use rechargeable batteries in mine.John in the Willamette Valley of Oregon -
I heard about the batteries on long overnight cooks in cold weather. I will be getting some rechargeable batteries also.
