Breakfast the day after butt day is always good. Today it is pulled pork with and without sauce, a pile of fluffy scrambled eggs and cheese drizzled with Tiger Sauce, and the bright shining star of the plate, tomatoes so fresh just a few minutes earlier they were dangling from the vine whispering, "pick me, pick me."

Thanks. I might just have the same breakfast tomorrow if there is any pork left from tonight's pulled pork quesadillas, pulled pork nachos and pulled pork stuffed baked potatoes...all with fresh tomatoes of course!
