    By way of follow up, I did receive my KAB for the J Jr and used it on Saturday with the heat deflector and raised grid.  It's a snug fit with those items as the base of the ring that holds the deflector and raised grill does seem to rest a bit on the KAB handles.  Still, even though things may be snug, everything does fit.  The bottom line is that I can recommend this to other J Jr owners if you've  been considering one.
