Costco Steelhead

Picked up some Steelhead from Costco today and plan to cook them on Cedar planks. Questions:
1. Direct or indirect?
2. What temperature am I shooting for- dome and fish?
3. Dry rub or marinate?
Any other comments will be appreciated.

Cooking on planks will be indirect in itself. Make sure the planks are high enough from the flames to prevent them from burning up. Don't worry so much about IT. With fatty fish, just wait until the fat starts to surface and when it flakes. I like rub/seasoning, but some swear by marinating. I never use planks, maybe someone will chime in soon.

Here's a recipe for salmon from the BGE site. The cooking instructions will give you ideas for the temp and times.
