Anyone ever seen a porkchop

Cut like this? The local butcher suggested it. It's two center cut chops with the tenderloin in the middle from what I can tell. He said cook it a a lower temp than a regular cut. Any suggestions?

I would cook it like I do all my chops - ~500 or so... or if you wanted cook it a ~325-350.

250* until 140* and then a sear.
