New Favorite Pizzas

Ive been experimenting and have two new favorites that I like way better than any other pizzas I've cooked; both are white pizzas (no red sauce). 

Top favorite: olive oil, garlic, arugula, prosciutto. 

Second favorite: olive oil, garlic, mozzarella, arugula, fresh tomatoes, prosciutto. 

Of of course there always has to be a pepperoni for the boys. 

Dough was Same Day Dough from Flour Water Salt Yeast.
