I have a 10lb pork butt in ftc. It's currently at 160 degrees and has been in about 2hrs. I need to hang on for a couple more. My question is do I need to take off the juices at some point or let it ride and just keep the temp above 140?

If you are looking to shred then take it to 190. Pull and FTC until ready to eat. U CAN FTC for a couple hours. Good luck
Edit: just reread and my comment is not what u ask for. Sorry about that.Brandon, MS -
I have ftc'd with good success out to 6hrs.
I prefer a 4-5 hr ftc over a 2hr one. They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. That's against their interests. - George Carlin -
Already in FTC. Just wondering if I should take the liquid off now as it has cooled down to 160 or just leave it alone?
