Friend from work has a huge bash every year, typically 150-200 people attending. My contribution is 200 ABT's, they will be smoked on the LBGE with some peach wood. Additionally will be making 3# of pig candy once the ABT's come off. 

Please ignore the beat up wall in the background, kitchen remodel is in progress.

The wife and I set up an assembly line, took about 2 1/2 hours.

The wife is an office manager for an OB/GYN so I have free access to unlimited nitrile gloves. I made the mistake once of not wearing gloves and not washing my hands before going taking a piss. Bad move.

ABT's were a resounding success, and the pig candy was an even bigger hit.
