In my excitement of testing this method before f'ball season kicks off I completely skipped the initial 4 hr salt water brine. I'm 24 hrs in now, how will this affect the flavor? I realize it won't be as juicy w/o the brine just wondering if I should take them out put in salt water and then put back in the marinade bag.. Thoughts?

The brine is to break down the fat under the skin. The texture will be off, but overall flavor should be similiar.
Don't tell your problems to people. 80% of people don't care and 20% are glad you have them.

serious question, and don't mean to be a dingus... how is the brine going to 'break down the fat' and what do we mean when we say it is "broken down"?
bringing should help moisture retention, but i don't think there is any break down of fat in any way. fat actually absorbs more water via brining.
