Could you imagine if those with Blackstones made a spoof vid like Fiddy video above?  That'd be pretty hilarious.   Cuts in with Cazzy flipping bacon...  Then to ThatGrimGuy doing teppenanyaki fried rice with the egg trick or onion volcano.

I've been resisting the urge to get out my 20 year old Camp Chef dbl burner with 60 lb griddle top, but I think this happy bit of peer pressure just put me over the top.

Wow, it looks so shiny!  Mine is only a couple months old, but I don't even remember it looking like that.

I think you may have your bottom shelf upside down, or maybe I do?  Mine was assembled so I couldn't say which is correct or if it even matters.

I have one of those too.  But mine is only about a year old.  I carry it in my RV, but lately I have been thinking about putting it on the back porch.  Then again the call to just put a Blackstone in the outdoor kitchen is very strong.  I could always try to justify it by saying that lugging it back and forth from the RV is bad for my back.

@tarheelmatt, Happy Birthday Brother.  Mine was the 17th and that is how I got my XL BGE.  The wife bought it for my BD present in June when it was on sale.

I picked up a nice 2lb ribeye for the wife and I tonight,  I'll likely cook that. The wife is handling the rest.
