First long cook

I bought the egg about two months ago and have done lots of cooks including beer can chicken, tri-tips and roasted leg of lamb. I finally felt like I had the hang of temperature control to do my first long slow cook. Here are some pictures of the results of a 6lb pork butt. I rubbed it in yellow mustard and used some rub that I had lying around (not sure where I originally acquired it from) and then cooked it at 250ish for 9 hours. It snuck up to 350 around 3/4 of the way through and I was able to get it back down to 275 for the last hour or two, but it ended up finishing earlier than I expected. Needless to say the wife and I were happy with the results. I included a picture of breakfast the next morning which was my wife's take on eggs benedict using cornbread.
