I've wanted a E-Maxx or T-Maxx for a long time and never got one.  The new electrics are the way to go I hear.

I'm with you Blake.  The batteries these days hold up well and last a while than the older NiCd batteries.

I have the perfect are for an RC car.  Will definitely get one again at some point.  It will likely be electric this time.

It really has.  A buddy of mine as a car that will flip if he pulls the trigger hard.  Crazy fast too.  

Then, they have kits to parallel the batteries that doubles the power.

I have the slash like in the video, it will take a beating not sure if I have the guts to try the water skipping though. I also have several gas powered 1/5 scale cars, they are a ton of fun.

I thought that was the coolest thing when I viewed the video.  I have always loved R/C cars, though I had nothing fancy, I just always loved them.  Got one ever year for Christmas when I was younger.

i have a slash 4x4 converted from a stampede.  i dont think i want to risk trying that, maybe one day.

I always wanted a RC helicopter.  I wanted to add a few servos on it so I could bomb people... I mean things... with eggs or water balloons.  I always heard they were hard to fly, so I never took the plunge.

@Sea2Ski me too.  Was into cars as a kid in the 80s. Had lots of fun. Couldn't ever get to the chopper for the same reasons + they were expensive. These new drones look really fun and a lot easier.

@theyolksonyou  the drone thing is a totally different beast.  Very alluring, and some of the things they have available for them are scary cool.  Would love to get one, but can not in any way justify it.  I have tried, but can't.
