Beef Jerky
tried it for the first time today, 3lbs of London Broil, for 7 hrs, temp at 175. Turned out great, thick, tender and tasty.
Marinaded in Soy, Worcestshire, kosher salt, catsup, brown sugar, onion and garlic powder overnite....
