Looking good. I went to the grocery store last night to buy a flank steak. Publix wanted $10/lb so I ended up with some half off Hebrew Nationals for dinner. Good stuff.

Fun fact......that "Boston Lager" beer in the picture is actually a St. Louis beer originally.
The Boston Brewery was founded by Jim Koch whose grandfather was from St. Louis and brewed beer here in Soulard--just up the street from Anheuser-Busch and the Lemp breweries. They shut down like most during prohibition and never started back up. Jim Koch graduated from Harvard and founded a brewery with his grandfather's long lost recipe for Lager.

For a terrific addition, Use KOSHER dogs and wrap 'em in BACON. I like my dogs MUCH better done than what little I can see in your photo. Cook 'em until they Just Split is where I'm at. You can do so and hold 'em JUST PRIOR to burning.
