So we ate a little late 7pm. Turbo ribs with a quick sear after on the MM. And some taters with Meat church seasoning.

A good late dinner egged is better than taking the easy route stopping for fast food. Well done.Steven

Looking good for a weeknight meal or any meal in general. Nicely done!!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Looks great. How did you do those taters? Score them and crank up the heat?Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Haha! Well it's later than normal and I like to have dinner made for the wife and kids by 530ish. I usually get all my work done early so I get home around 3-330.

Man I go in at 5 am most of the time. If I'm not home by 3pm I'm not happy...I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

I wish I could get home at 4:30. Phones don't roll until that time so I'm here until an hour or so later BEFORE my hour commute home.

I start at 8am...the mind and body is much better now then it was for me.

I am with @Eggcelsior , go in at 8, leave at 4:30 (if I am lucky), then a 1hr commute.
We generally cook a bunch of stuff on Sunday for the week meals.------------------------------
