Flanken Beef and Baby Back ribs

Options
I am surprised this is the first time I have purchased any of these beef ribs, they were pretty tasty, just rubbed with DP Cow Lick and some course salt. BB Ribs were as usual, one rack with Bad Byron's and the other with DP Swamp Venom. I'll be doing the beef ribs again, picked up a dozen "racks". Stir fry on the side with some fresh picked garden veggies.

Looks good, how long on those cross-cut ribs?  I'm seeing them in the stores here more and more and they have a really nice marbling to them.

I am going to guess around 4 hours at ~230F, I wasnt paying to much attention, had the BB's on already when I decided to throw these on. I have no idea if that is correct or not, I didnt do any research, they turned out good, but I will have to do some digging and see the best way to do them. I might try a marinade nect time as well.

Cool, thanks.  I've seen some people cook hot and fast as well.
