Pound thighs to 1/4" inch think and sear 4 min a side.  Put in low oven to keep warm.  Bring 1 cup of milk to a boil in same pan w/ chicken drippings.  Add mushroom and 1/4 cup of marsala and stir 2 minutes.  Add another 1/4 cup of marsala and simmer for 5 min.  Add chicken back in to lodge until hot.  Serve w/ a cold beer.
