Pork loin help

hey guys need some help on breaking down a whole pork loin, they had them on sale for a $1.49 a pound.... Was thinking possibly breaking it down into four roast or should I cut pork steaks thanks for the help

    2 roasts, bunch of pork loin chops.

    I typically do mine at 1-1/4 to 1-1/2.  Cook them at 500 until med-well (150-165)... I will sometimes marinate in some chimichurri (basically it is a parsley-based pesto.  parsley, EVOO and garlic- recipes abound on Al Gore's Amazing Internet).  I do remove most of the marinade then S&P and serve it with additional chimichurri.
