I went to visit my son that is going to school at UNT in Denton, TX. I didn't realize that's the home of the Ceramic Grill Store! Stopped by and talked to the nice folks there. I scored some Rockwood lump and some rub. Had a chance to drop a few hints to the wife about future gift opportunities sold there. On their advice, I picked up a copy of "Smoke Like a Pro" by Eric C. Mitchell. This recipe is from the cookbook. Pics to follow later this evening.
Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
