Buffalo turkey meatballs

These came out great. Picked up ~1.4lb of ground turkey from Trader Joes. I threw a rub together with cayenne, garlic powder, black pepper, white pepper, smoked paprika, and some salt. Mixed in the meat with garlic, minced green onion, an egg, and some panko. I made them a little bigger than some of the other recipes say, I'd call these "2 biters", but perhaps they could be "3 biters" for some people.

Did half buffalo (Franks original) and half garlic sriracha bbq (Trader Joe's sauce), both came out amazing. Indirect at 375, sauced and set for the final 10 minutes.
