Marinated these inch thick free range chops in Dijon, olive oil, Apple cider vinegar, salt pepper, onion powder , garlic powder, and sriacha garlic chili paste. Freaking awesome flavor. The wife gave up pork till I found a local farm raising heritage hogs and cooked it right for her. Great dinner to start the titans season with mariota at the helm. We love corn btw.... :)
