Profile picture permission?

Hello All!
  Just got my Egg for my birthday this week!  I am super excited to get going!  Planning on my first cook tomorrow.  I will  be sure to post some pictures.  My first question is actually about the forum itself, or actually about my profile.  I am trying to change my picture but I cannot seem to.  I get a message saying that I do not have the permission to do it.  Anyone know how I can get permission?  Maybe I am missing something easy, but I cannot figure it out.  Thanks ahead of time!

Odd, I never needed permissions.  Maybe a mew vanilla bug.

All of a sudden it let me.  Maybe I had to have some activity first.  Weird, but I will take it. Thanks!

First, you profile pic has been changed from a stock one. 

Second, could you have accidentally logged out. That will give you the "need permission" crap

You are talking about doing this way?  If you just signed up it may take a little time for them to give you full access.  I think I went through this when I got on.

It did the same with my profile picture. It says you don't have permission but it will still let you post after the message
