......visited my butcher this afternoon....picked up a nice thick  steak for the wif and I to share. Dusted it with a little kosher salt and corse ground pepper. Went easy on the pepper as the pepper added a little extra charr that was not as good on the reheat last time.

Time for a Tito's Bloody to accompany my firing up the grill. My boy Kodi knows there will be joy for him after dinner!  
Ok.....maybe he hasn't figured it out yet......but he will when the medium starts to blaze! More to follow.
