Not sure what are called, but I found some on sale at HEB and decided to give them a try. Marinated them in a spicy Korean BBQ sauce I found at the store. Threw them on at around 500 degrees for a quick sear and then shut it down to cook for a few minutes. Turned out really good. Definatly in the dinner rotation. Quick, less mess and easy. Sadly having to push dinner back a bit due to this crazy heat wave we are in down here in west Texas. I'm so ready for fall and winter.

They are looking good! I believe those are called flanken cut short ribs. Traditionally used for Korean BBQ...so there you go!Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
