So I made a spatchcock chicken tonight and totally forgot to take pics. Hungry people tonight attacked it. But then I grilled some peaches I bought at the farmers market this past weekend. Man, I sure have been missing out. Halved them, sprinkled some sugar and cinnamon on them and threw them on the grill. Amazing I must say. Topped them off with some vanilla ice cream. Once again, forgot the money shot. Did manage to take one pic. I'm slipping.

I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.____________________Aurora, Ontario, Canada
