Needed something for SNF

Needed something to cook as my first briskit time line wasn't going to work! Kept it simple with a chuck roast and a butt. 4lb roast 4lb butt. Meat church honeyhog and holycow is season of choice. Butt is done at 197° the roast is still going at 187°. Wife is still not home with my beer...I'll be back in a second. ..3hrs ago! I'll just smile and say thanks lol
