Very sorry to hear this Matt.  It's great to hear that you spent so much quality time with her.  That can't be taken away.
And thanks for the reminder.  I'm just now getting to the point where both my parents are starting to have medical issues and I'm trying to stay in touch and see them as much as possible.  I find myself just stopping by their house and spending time with them whenever I can.  I hope that I can spend as much quality time with mine as you did with your mom.

I'm so happy that you got to take her to the beach and spend some beautiful time with her.  Very well done sir!

Guys and Gals, I sure do appreciate all the kind comments.  All this support really helps cope little by little.  It is going to be a tough road ahead I am sure.  Have a lost/empty feeling going on now where I just don't know what to do nor how to do it.  

Friend of mine told me "Matthew, you maybe educated and know many things, but your Mama will always know more, even Google doesn't have Mama knowledge", and oh how true that is, especially now.

Your Mom sounds like she was a sweetheart.  "Squeezed the hell out of my titties" is the very same response my wife gives me about her mammo. So sorry to read of her passing.
