New Mini Handle

I just got a mini to add to my small. The drop down handle is lousy so I replaced it immediately. I used 3 inch metal mending strips (Stanley Brand) and a piece of hardwood all from Home Depot. Total cost about 3 bucks. I'd post a picture, but I'm not sure how to do it here.
