The local grocery store had some great cuts for the long weekend. On Tuesday they put the leftover inventory on sale for 1/2 price! I picked up 2 eight star strips for $25.

Looks solid. I offset the guilt with a good long swim and a nap. My doctor tells me a high protein diet plenty of exercise and at least 8 hours of sleep a day will keep me in good shape.
