Grilled Peaches

These were so darn good I forgot to take pictures with the scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on top when they were all plated.
A warm butter sugar and cinnamon concoction my daughter mixed up was poured over the peaches and the scoop of the aforementioned ice cream was added.

I am also curious about the temp, and how long you let them cook for.

@TrailRunner and @slovelad the temp was 350ish... likely north of that, and it was not very long, I wish I could tell you exact. I would say a few minutes each side. Recipe was found on line for butter and sugar mix.

My wife and I do these all summer, one of our favorites. If you feel like a change, go to Amazon and order some peach balsamic vinegar to drizzle on top. Sounds odd put the tartness of the vinegar infused with peaches combined with the ice cream makes it amazing.
