I love hot sauce and spicy foods, but I do crap fire afterwards. I have a trader joes near me and plenty of toilets. Thanks for the PSA!

I won't get near the fresh stuff, but I like the dried when you can use just a little to get the flavor.

Speaking of hot, have any of you tried the Scorpion Pepper cheese? Found some at Wholefoods, it is some hot cheese... not sure I really taste the cheese, but I love the punishment.  Check out this list (https://www.crazyhotseeds.com/top-10-worlds-hottest-peppers/) of hottest peppers.

Nice link.  I saw a post earlier about a gasket problem.  You will have one if you eat any of those peppers.

"Hottest" is lost on me.  Ghost, scorpion, reaper, they're all so far beyond what I would eat or cook with.  Dried in a shaker that I can control as spice is good for me.  I do like the different flavor and burn from the dried ghost but still would never buy fresh.

If you try and cook with reapers you better wear gloves, have a cutting board that is only used for that purpose, and have a dedicated knife.  My brother cooked with some once for a hot chili contest and didn't follow the above rules.  His hands burned for a while and he had to throw out his cutting board.  Everything he cut on it was too hot to eat.
