Cedar Wrapped Cod

got some really thin cedar wraps, and I wrapped it around an individual piece of cod.  I seasoned both sides of the fish with Stonewall Kitchens Maine Seafood Rub.  

I tied it up and cooked it raised direct, 350.  The fish was really thin, so it only took like 10 minutes.

I pulled it and served the cod, topped with pineapple salsa, new potatoes, and green beans sautéed with garlic scapes and preserved lemon.
