Anybody have tips for cooking beef ribs?

A friend asked me to try doing beef ribs for him. It seems to me these might require a longer cook to get tender than say baby backs. I'm thinking 3 to 4 hours indirect at 250 - 275 degrees, then 1 to 2 hours wrapped in foil.[p]Opinions or experience welcomed.

I do them the same as spare ribs.[p]6 hours at 275 might be a little long.[p]

Grillicious, I do these quite often. My last batch I did a full rack for 5 1/2 hours, these were very meaty and full bones. No foil wraping. Came our just fine. Always a crowd pleaser, oh yea dome is 250
